Please read the following carefully, then send us a refund request by creating a ticket in the support section of xtremehd.io.
Requests for Refund must be clear and acceptable:

- If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to see and use our IPTV USA services and therefore cannot request a refund.

- If you made a mistake in choosing the service and completed the payment, you can create a ticket in the support section titled “Payment Error.” For example, if you intended to buy a 3-month service but mistakenly chose and paid for a year, our support team will review your request and process the refund if accepted.
- If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will not be accepted.
